Refund policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your PALI Footwear purchase. But if you're not happy, we're here to help. You can reach us anytime via email hello@palifootwear.com.au
Returns:
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@palifootwear.com.au within 7 days of your order being delivered, so that we can authorise your return. Once authorised, you will be asked to post your goods back within 3 days. All return postage charges will be at your expense. Please choose a tracked service.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and inside original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@palifootwear.com.au
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues:
If something has arrived to you damaged, faulty, or not as you expect – please email us hello@palifootwear.com.au within 7 days. Please include photos, and any details which may help us resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
